Day 91: I’ve had problems with my podgy, pregnant looking, bloated stomach for a long time now due to excessive drinking, eating big meals late at night, eating shit food & often ignoring my gluten & dairy intolerances.
Other than the short blip which was my brother in law’s stag do, I cut down to 2 meals a day (just chicken & salad), fruit or a bowl of nuts & seeds for snacks & either flavoured volvic or sparkling water, all on top of 10 miles cycling per day.
It only took me 17 days to achieve what I thought would take me months & I never thought I’d have that much will power but after a few days, I found myself enjoying the routine!
